301 gives you that old school feel - was over in Tampa for the weekend and ate breakfast there both days….LOVED IT! Great, friendly staff, steady stream of regulars and newbies - awesome corned beef hash????????????
Very good food.Tasted like I was eating in my kitchen. Restaurant had a family southern feel. Waitress was nice and very customer service oriented. William be returning again.
I travel a lot and the one thing I look for is a family diner. Love the food. 301 has the hometown atmosphere as friendly as I expected. The service is always friendly and the coffee hot. Homemade breakfast potatoes with peppers and onions. 3 eggs over easy, bacon and fresh toast. Soon good. U. S. Navy Chief & Veteran
Bad Bad Bad experience!!! I thought I’d take my lady out for breakfast for a change. We both agreed we would try this spot out. Boy did we make a mistake! We waited over 25min and not one person even asked us for a drink or anything else. The waitress walked by us over 15 times. Nothing! Like we didn’t even exist! Packed like sardines in an extremely small space. Servers don’t even have room to walk. Every server has a bad day there…all the time it seems. Daily. We walked right out! Didn’t say a thing! Took our money to Plumber’s in Seffner and very glad we did. Our food was excellent!!! Soon as we sat down we were acknowledged. No wait. No problems. No excuses. Save yourself the grief and pass up the family restaurant. It really needs torn down because it’s just to small and not enough help. Not enough room and no money to fix it. Tear it down already! What a joke! Never going there again! Very disappointed to say the least! Not even one star!! No stars for family Restaurant!
If you love mom and pop places, THIS IS IT! Service was friendly and seemed to be there for a while. The seating is a bit tight and limited, so if you have a larger group, keep that in mind when showing up. The food was excellent, exactly what we ordered.
