I booked with them for a same day service, and had David come out to clean my carpet. I had my my carpet "cleaned" (more like left soaking with dirt" by 949 Carpet Cleaning "hired guy" which appears to contract with independent people with a mediocre machine... Long story short, horrible experience with the quality of work. Left my carpet looking worse. The guy came in for about an hour total to do my living room, staircase and small hallway. He basically soaked the carpet, brought up the dirt and now the carpet looks worse. I later tried doing a simple surface scrub to reveal a clean carpet in a couple of small areas so I know it can look 100 times better. My carpet is less than 3 years old. The guy who came never returned my call, and the lady who takes the appointments also never called me back after I called to complain about the work. I reached out to them three times and was told I'd get a return call from a supervisor, that never happened. Now when I call, the phone is always busy. They blocked my number because if I call from a different number, the call goes through Unacceptable work and service, stay away.
