Very displeased with the experience I had with this company. The first person who came in broke my kitchen sink further and was supposed to come back when the part arrived. When the part arrived I could not get someone to come in after for 3 weeks to fix this. During all of this my bathtub faucet was leaking heavily. Finally when someone came to "fix" the bathtub leak the whole valve to control the temperature of the water was installed incorrectly and I can not control the temperature of the water correctly anymore. Was billed $400 for this "fix". Have called 5 times now in a span of 3 weeks and each time I am told Gordon will call me to discuss getting it fixed by the end of the day and have still not gotten any response. Have gotten an email reminder trying to get me to pay the $400 even though the job was not done correctly.

Well, where should I start. When the plumber finally came, the work was well done. It's everything before that. So, to make a very long story short, I had sewage back up over the Christmas break. They were supposed to show up on the 30th at 9 am. I called their office mid day, and I have come to the conclusion that the office does not have a schedule of the appointments in front of them. When you call, they then call the technician to call you. So I waited all day Friday to get a call at 8pm saying he was on his way. I said NO you are not. You will come tomorrow,New years Eve, at 9 am to do the work. He agreed. He showed up at 10 and was done by 12:30. Now the problem was not solved it was corrected. So, I made another appointment for January 21 to finish the work. I called on January 9 to reconfirm, and again, you call the office, and the tech has to call you bk. The entire week went by, and no one called. I called on the 19th to reconfirm my appointment for the 21st. The tech actually called bk and said it was fir the 23rd. I said no, I work,it is for the 21st at 9am. So Saturday comes around. I get up early and I wait and wait. 9 am goes by at 11:30 I call the office. She was like, "Oh my!" When I told her I was still waiting. So she advised me that she would call the tech and have him call me. Crickets until 3pm Called the office again , this time I canceled my appointment. I don't appreciate not receiving a phone call to at least tell me where they were, or a time frame as to when they would arrive or if they needed to reschedule. My time is just as valuable as theirs. The worst part is they came recommended by another plumber! So I will be calling another company to finish the work. They should consider having the receptionist keep a schedule for the technician so they know where they are.

Will definitely use AA Johnny's in future should I have any other plumbing concerns. Within 24 hours of calling in, my sink was fixed. I was very pleased with their variety of payment options and Gordon was quick and awesome!

I suggest you not use this business. They are highly unreliable. I was promised a return call from a scheduler that was not honoured. 2 days after my first contact I was told a truck was ready. No one showed up. A follow up call by me directly to the scheduler’s cell was not returned. The communication and follow up was poor. Promises not kept and ultimately no one ever showed up. That delay was unpleasant given that we had some sewer back-up in the basement. Greatly disappointed.
