Wouldn’t go anywhere else for diagnosing electrical faults and servicing for my Micra. Airbag warning light kept flashing the guys found the fault under the driver’s seat and hard wired it and after the full service my car drove like new again. Always found the guys to be courteous and charged a fair price Five Stars from me…

I have used this garage for years and they never fail to be anything other than courteous, thorough, reasonably priced and HONEST! I recommend this garage completely. The staff are always helpful but more to the point they are honest and will say how it is, an attribute I fully admire, I once had a car that quite frankly, if they wanted to, they could have made thousands of pounds from, for various work that needed doing but they were polite and honest when they said they think it would be best for me to get another vehicle, I would not go anywhere else and wholeheartedly recommend the staff. They really will help you out if you’re in a bind and I can hand on heart say that I can leave my vehicle with them knowing fine well, that what I’m getting back is a job well done! ????????

My wife drives a older c200 mercedes automatic no other garage 5 in total could detect the fault. We had the car back within 4/5 hours job done car fixed runs perfect, wouldn't go any where else 100% satisfied well done.

Hello ! I just wanted to leave some feedback here since you didn't have time to talk about it. I am really disappointed with this “ specialists”!!! I left my Touareg for the second time again for about 2 weeks. They charged for a diagnostic as a Professional Car Service £120! Example VW The motor wiper does cost less than you asked me for, I checked in Professional Service Car. The garage is in a very poor work condition, is on the climb of the road without any car park, I had leave my car on very busy main road without any custody. They don’t pay attention on the cleanliness conditions, especially into the car(they left the seat, key and steering wheel dirty with grease, plus my stuff was dragged everywhere in the trunk out of the compartments! But this is truly unacceptable!!! when I picked up my car from them the parking sensors didn't work and man with glasses very rude and always angry (I don't know his name)he told me that things break but when I left my car in their garage the sensors worked perfectly! I'm guessing you didn't turn it off for some reason during the diagnostic, I really don’t have idea?!he totally discarded the idea of ??checking this problem even though the car was in their possession. I strongly advise you against this place to check your car! ???????????????? I have definitely clarify and reply to you again ??You have taken my car for 2 weeks to check something someone else checked it in 10 minutes the same problem. AGAIN ! I don't know what do you really needed from my car for 2 weeks?????? ??Again, when I left my car with you all of the parking sensors were working perfectly when I collected my car the rear parking sensors didn’t work. Nobody has a magic stick but for someone to repair something does it take less than you needed (2weeks) just to check. ??Obviously I didn’t accepted your help anymore because you told me that to get the new one motor wiper you needed further 2 weeks which was I had after 5 days from VW DEALER PULMAN IN DURHAM and I paid for £388. VERY DISAPPOINTED ?? .

Excellent service and sorted out my electric issue in the same day I would definitely recommend these guys to everyone
