Would put negative 5 stars, if possible. I've gone here for almost 20 years on and off, since I moved to the area. Be advised, if you don't have perfect teeth that actually have to repaired or removed, you'll be asked if you do street drugs. It's always nice to be asked that because I have a European background and they're known for having really bad teeth. Anyway, that's not the point. It should never be asked and after that appointment I missed 2 because, honestly, I was offended. I decide to give them them the benefit of the doubt and go for the 3rd one. They had my name in the system as my first name and my last name being the assistance I'm currently on. So they put your name in the system as to what plan you have so they know how little work to do. So I was offended with that, but didn't say anything. The dentist didn't like that I wasn't agreeing with what she said so she went and grabbed my file to tell me I missed the appointments, instead of trying to actually talk to me. She got so irritated with me trying to actually talk about the situation so she went to my daughter for her appointment. Did a 15 minute cleaning to expose a cavity and then tell me they're not filling it that day. So, what was the point of her cleaning for 15 minutes? 15 minutes. That's what..6 teeth? To expose the cavity and not fill it. The point, was to make sure she got paid through my daughters actual insurance. To clean and expose a cavity, then say you're not filling it that day is absolutely ridiculous. That means the next time I went they'd have to clean again and do the filling, so she would have been paid double through the insurance for doing a cleaning on the same spot twice within weeks. I left in a huff cause I've never been treated so awful in my life, especially by a dentist. Will never ever ever be going back.

I asked two people on two seperate occasions if they had called my insurance company to find out if I was covered for my dental cleaning. To which both employees said yes you are covered. Well, I wasn't covered and had to pay out of pocket for all the procedures done that day including a filling which costs a lot for someone to pay out of pocket. A good dental practice will give you an estimate before going ahead with any procedures. However they do not so please be aware when visiting this dental practice.

The service here is spectacular! Dr. Karlin has been my dentist for the past 30yrs - he is very kind, knowledgeable, and always professional.

I have tried few dental clinics in the city but nothing comes close to Abbey Lane Dental with dental care, price and overall experience. I am sure all the doctors and hygienists there are great but Dr. Maya and hygienist Delia are exceptionally good. I have been visiting them for couple of months now and I can already see a big improvement with my gums. If you are looking for a good place for dental work at a reasonable price (esp if you don't have insurance), just visit this clinic and your teeth can thank me later :).

This is a great place. They take great care of your teeth. The front line staff are friendly, professional and super organized. Janna, my hygienist, made me love my cleaning appointments. She is gentle, caring and works within your comfort zone. My entire family goes to Abbey Lane.
