My husband and I spontaneously decided to get pedicures on a Friday. We walked in and were greeted instantly. I was told the wait would be 20 minutes. After waiting outside the salon for 10 minutes (there were no seats available together as there were individuals waiting already that left a seat between one another) we were offered to sit in the pedicure massage chairs to relax and start soaking our feet as we waited for our respective pedicurists. They have a few TV screens in the salon to keep you entertained if you have nothing else. We ended up waiting for about 40 minutes. The pedicure was great leading up to the polish. Although I had picked a colour from the regular polishes that were handed to me on the sample nails, my pedicurist insisted on me getting shellac even after I had said no twice. In fact, it was the only thing she said to me. “Shellac? Shellac?” I ended up getting shellac since there was such a hard lack of communication. Fine. But the colour on top of it was nowhere close to the shade of pink that I asked for. I appreciate being able to get the pedicure without an appointment but for $40, I would have preferred to get the shade I wanted.

Amazing nails! They know how to shape the old school way with a coarse file. My favorite set! And I loved the Ombre sprayed on!

I went very recently and had the best experience. Their mani, pedi’s are really good and thorough and everyone was very kind and listened to what my mom and i wanted. I was pleasantly surprised with the attention give to the pedicures especially. The prices were very competitive at $70 for a mani-pedi which is amazing. Mid-way i realized i wanted the color slightly darker so they very kindly changed the color to match what i wanted as well. I also prefer shorter nails and that is what i got! Shoutout to Thu, Jenny and Mimi who did excellent work on our nails, they were very kind and pleasant. Overall, very happy with the results!

Had my first appointment with Lyly, she was super easy to work with. She made me feel comfortable as it was my first time. The online booking was easy and the others at the salon were super friendly and accommodating. The salon was beautiful and clean. So many selections for my bio gel and shellac service!
