Never have I ever seen such a poor job done on such a simple task. I spent $22 to have a button moved that took a time frame of two weeks (which was considered express) to have them picked up like this. I asked numerous times before if she could do it especially because it’s a metallic color. She kept telling me no worries she does “high couture” I work everyday basically so I had a friend pick them up. But she told me when I came in initially to come in after 4pm and (also wrote on my ticket as well) to pick it up after 4pm on a Saturday when they CLOSE at 2pm. Highly dissatisfied and disappointed. Feel like I got scammed. It’s not like when I button the pants the sparse parts are covered… Will never recommend anyone to go here. Absolutely horrible for such an absurd price. I can tell these were done last minute.

A very welcoming atmosphere and person! Very professional and honest about what you bring to her and try on and submit to her to get Altered. She will refer you to a business that can help , even to get something smaller altogether in my case , at a reasonable price! Highly recommended, you won’t be disappointed….

Fior is an amazing person who does an incredible job, whether it’s dry cleaning or alterations. She’s never let me or my son down, nor has anyone else there been anything but friendly and efficient. This is a business I recommend to anyone seeking quality work. If your priority is exceptional alterations and dry cleaning (not fast, cheap and average) then this is your place!

She is very nice, honest, and humble. Not to mention her work is fantastic. I went in to tighten my jacket for my wedding and she did an amazing job. She's also bilingual so that's important! Great work.

I am so glad I found Fior. She is up for any challenge, and her work is excellent. Be aware that it will take a while, but it is worth it.
