This place used to be AMAZING & then they went down hill! They used to offer same-day delivery to me but now says they can't so they send through the mail...but only sometimes... Very inconsistencies, they'll tell you that they'll fill your prescription as soon as the doctor approves & then it's another week that they FINALLY tell me they have had it & didn't send out so multiple times I've had to go seven days without medications I need daily. Customer service sucks, they don't care if it's an issue from their end, don't try to make it right or improving their system. Wish they had their own app where you could check and fill on your own. The only good thing I'll say is that they almost ALWAYS have any medication you need in stock, I've never once been told they were out of a medication which makes it reliable for that reason.

I have never in my life had more problems with a pharmacy then Allen's it's no wonder they are only one pharmacy. So many times I've lost count that they deliver my medication without my consent and they deliver it to people that aren't even me . Now I now in major pharmacy like cvs or riteaid you have to show ID before giving the person their medication. Now when I have asked them to simply call me first or only I can sign they never do and I end up having to go out of my way when I don't even have a car. They never call and when I spoke to the manager she was extremely rude and basically said that I can't have my meds delivered because it's not working out she flipped the scenario as if I was in the wrong . Instead of the. Customer is always right and the right thing to do in a business is respectfully n calmly address the customers needs and fix it. All she had to do was be professional and make sure I who is the customer gets her medication. Why shouldn't I get my medication delivered to me like every one else why should I be treated differently? Why? When all the delivery driver had to do was call me , which they typically do anyway. This is why they only have one open building for business because they are terrible. They don't even follow Federal laws. I have no idea as to why they are still open for business they need to be shut down. They are crooked and don't even follow laws that all pharmacy are supposed to follow when dispensing medicine....they won't last any longer as business I can guarantee this .

They are the best pharmacy that I’ve worked with. At my old pharmacy I had to do so much leg work. I would have remind them when my refills are due. Often times they had to order my meds so I had to stay on top of it. With Allen, I don’t have to do anything. They always deliver on time and I’m really happy with the service.

If I could give this pharmacy 0 stars I would. This place is the worst pharmacy to use. My doctor sent a prescription out yesterday and they are saying they haven’t received it. My medication is a medication I MUST take daily and they don’t seem to care about that. I also called them yesterday for delivery which they said they would have it delivered by 6 which of course I never received. so why didn’t they tell me yesterday that they never received the prescription for my medication. Every time they were suppose to deliver they fumbled the ball and never showed up so I would have to them go and drive 20 minutes away to pick up. The staff are rude and extremely inconsiderate. Why work in this field if you have to care or respect for patients. This place is a disgrace and disgusting! These people are absolutely incompetent.

Not professional, not organized, not helpful, shady, completely lies when you call and tells you your prescription is ready, after arriving you find out it is still not ready and going to be another 25 min. Gives you the wrong items from someone else's order and trys to make you pay for them. Was missing 2 medications I didn't realize till I was half way home. One of which was still not ready and won't be until authorized. When I called and asked if my prescriptions were ready I was referring to all of them not just a couple of them. One of the prescription items they do not carry and didn't even try to provide a solution or offer to order. Just said sorry.Would really be nice to have a cashier actually go over what you are receiving instead of just handing you a bag and telling you to sign a piece of paper. I will never ever ever use this place again! Wish I could give them a negative review because one star is far to generous.
