Awesome customer service, fast and reasonable....... BUT!!!!!! One thing I would recommend to the shop owner is that if you give a price over the phone and in person, then let that be the price you charge the customer. If there are any hidden charges, fees, taxes, etc., state them to the customer upfront so there won't be any confusion and you are looked at as an honest business. You do not want to get caught up in a law suit for charging the customers extra without letting the customer know ahead of time, and they find out these extra charges AFTER you have swiped their card. It's called stealing and nickel-and-diming them out of money without the customer knowing about it until after it happens. Keep that in mind! Beside that, everything else was fine.
