I went last Friday, waited on line for almost an hour and couldn’t get in even though I paid for a ticket. And no refund is offered. Scamming out here In response to this guys reply: that’s a lie because we spoke on the phone once. So also negative points for customer service. I did come and if I wait for almost an hour like others have said in their reviews— it simply means you sold more tickets than the availability you had. No refund given for that is basically a scam. Eventbrite can’t do anything, eventbrite doesn’t have my money—you do.

They had overprice sections!, Not worth it. I paid for a $600 section for my sister‘s birthday, and they literally only gave us a table and half of a couch for my 15 guest. I bought an extra bottle for $200 and they still did not accommodate my party. When I asked them about something they confiscated off of one of my guest to put it in the car, the bouncers kicked me out for the rest of the night and would not let me back in. Only the bottle girls were decent. I will be reporting them to every site, because that’s not how you treat people that is spending money at your establishment.

When trying to visit the club with a large group around opening time. I was told we would be let in around 20 minutes. Then another guy came out and had us wait another 40 minutes. Then when we finally got in, it was like a sauna and the club wasn’t even full yet. Shortly after, we had to leave.

I visited this place on Tuesday February 1 2022. The atmosphere was dope! The food and drinks were good! We sat at the bar to eat and drink. I gave the bartender a tip and then when I received my bill. It was a 20% tip already added in the bill!! Beware of that!! This may be a 1 & done for me because of that. You spoke with my sister about the $120 Gratuity that was added to her bottle service bill. I did not realize I was charged a 20% gratuity for eating and drinking while seating at the bar until the day after! I also tipped your bartender in cash because I know they work hard! Just because some restaurants may do it - does not mean it is right! People are more aware how hard things are since COVID- 19 and I believe they tip regardless-and should not be focused to do so!

It was a cool place we went during the week on a thursday and it was kind of dead. The hookah was very strong they had fix it multiple times. The drinks were cool. I had two cranberry and vodkas. I was the only one who ordered food it was good. Definitely want to go on a weekend. The lounge is very spacious, clean
