This place is totally disgusting. The staff is rude and all they do is yell at you for something you didn’t do. All I asked for was towels because none were in my room. I got yelled at and told I stole the towels. The cleaning lady didn’t know that I spoke Spanish and told the girl at the front desk that she didn’t put towels in the room. When I opened my mouth and started speaking Spanish, then the mood changed. Management needs to have a training on how to treat guest.

Worst motel ever. Bed bugs, durt grime everywhere. We asked for clean sheets and we were not given anything clean. He charged an extra $20 for a third person but wouldn't let us have blankets or pillows or a bed. My grandmother is dying so we came here to see her. Now we got to the motel and the keeper of the place is just making us sleep in filth. Don't stay here!

Don’t stay here! Owners daughter think she is the boss and since their not corporate that she can do what she wants and take peoples money. DO NOT STAY HERE seems like they need to close down and learn how to treat guests properly

this place has reviews from 4 years ago all stating the same problems! as a consumer driving through this area every week to cali, i have read and watched video of this fat cow and will not use this facility. BTW plenty of hotels that dont charge deposit . i have always paid for room and that’s all. scam artist needs to go back across border! your a guest not us

This place needs to be shut down. you don't treat your customers with respect THATS THE THING so EXPECT the same. so everyone is damaging rooms? the money stolen in deposits your clearly loosing in sales. bad business strategy, poor mind. just apologize damn it instead you defend your ghetto business.
