The room had not been cleaned very well and there was bedbugs in the bed. There was a cigarette in the bathroom behind the door and the floor was not vacuumed very well. The carpet needs to be cleaned and needs new window curtains. The water didn't get hot in the shower.

FIRSTLY AND MOST IMPORTANTLY ITS INFESTED WITH BED BUGS! Room #34 the shower didn’t work AT ALL the beds were broken the covers were torn and dirty linens were gross looking. The owners KNOW they have bed bugs and are covered in sores like the long stay tenants who were outside scratching for the world to see. I stayed in my car all night and couldn’t wait to leave. 50$ down the drain the county health department NEEDS TO SHUT IT DOWN FOR GOOD!!

Floors needs shampooing. Bathroom needs an overhaul. Windows and curtains need to be cleaned. Parking lot needs to be paved; especially where the deep holes. The holes are huge. They should have non smoking rooms and the guests should be visitors, not tenants as if it's an apartment.

Very reasonably, rooms are bad, burn holes in bedding, sheets got stains, roaches will carry you away so be careful. Lower numbers are really bad higher numbers are ALOT better.

The room I stayed in did have bed bugs but I bought bed bugs treatment and kept the room clean for $45 a night can't expect everything to be 100% and goes along with people keep their rooms belongings and themselves clean I've stayed in big name motel/hotel and found bed bugs before at those places so you just roll the dice I mean it not always the owner fault alot of times it's never reported to the owner or manager of the place
