As a very frequent client I am very disappointed because this isn’t the first time but the second I’ve experienced such low quality…I will not be returning. Last week I received a pedicure paint started to chip willin 3 days and my nail cracked, today my overlay broke. As the picture shows the overlay had been applied on my skin.

As soon as I walked in I should have just turned around and left and gone to where I usually go. This place is NOT sanitary! They we’re not wearing there face masks sneezing and the worst part of all they took off my old color with acetone that seemed like someone had already used because it was red when I told the lady she said it was fine!!!! Like WTH! Also I had my nails painted white and a week and a half later they are now turning yellow and cracking which has never happened before in other nail salons they use cheap stuff and a fan to dry dip! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE WISH I COULD GET MY $40 I WASTED HERE! Wish I could give 0 stars as well! UPDATE: my nail color ended up chipping off a week after and a few of my real nails broke off because of it ????

American Nails live up to their ratings. A 5 star rating is well deserved. They take their time and their attention to detail is fantastic ????? I just may drive 2 hrs to get my nails done here again????????

I literally just got home from getting my nails done here for the first time.. it will be my last. The shop seemed very dated. The nail polish selection was limited as they did not have the color I originally wanted (any shade of taupe or nude). I also question the cleanliness of their supplies bc I was asked to place my hands in a JAR of liquid rather than the liquid be placed in a bowl as is done at other (better) nail salons. Additionally, the lady that serviced me seemed to be more concerned about speed rather than quality. This can be seen in the attached pictures of my freshly painted nails (I messed up the thumbs). She sloppily applied the polish and then used a brush and nail polish remover to attempt to tidy it up. Unacceptable. Maybe it was the lady that serviced me or maybe it's bc it was getting close to closing time but whichever, I will not be returning here nor will encourage others to do so. Now let me take this polish off my hands. Smh.
