I came in about an hour before closing time for just a regular manicure. Sign says men's regular manicure for $20 I was charged $32 I usually tip pretty good but that didn't sit right with me. Service was fast and decent. I didn't say anything about the price I just probably won't go back 32 is a lil steep

The way one of the nail techs spoke to me the other day was disgusting and so unprofessional. I basically went in for a toenail removal on my big toes (acrylic) wanted a pedicure, overlay and gel polish. They quoted me $65 Now I’ve been coming to this place almost 3 years on and off and I never paid $65 for this service like EVER?????? I simply asked did they go up on price because that’s about $15-20 over what I was normally charged. Whole I had cash and even pulled it out regardless of hating the price. The lady who normally does the lashes I believe and brows has the filthiest attitude EVERRRR!!! She told me if I didn’t wanna pay that price I could pay for take off $10 (which is stupid because they clicked right off (no soak, drills or anything were needed)… AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE… and said it multiple times like she had an issue…. She spoke to me so disrespectful over NOTHING; to the point to where I literally had to get spicy and tell her to sit her tail down somewhere and be the heck QUIET. Nobody will talk crazy to me. I don’t care who you are. If I give respect you give it back PERIOD!!! Nobody deserves to be spoken to crazy because of your lack of patience in a whole service industry. As a black woman, this right here is why I’m going to make it my business to learn to do my own beauty upkeep in all areas because we are constantly making these people rich and they don’t respect us as a race or people. We are just a dollar sign to them and they feel they can handle and talk to us any kind of way. I will never return to them off of her actions ALONE ??
