Amy Nails

It was my first time visiting this nail salon and I was really disappointed in their service. A friend of my regularly goes here for her nails and she loves it but my experience was terrible. I had a manicure and gel nails, first of all the manicure was done on dry nails .. when the lady was removing my cuticles it felt like she was ripping it off and one finger started bleeding, the lady didn’t even apologise and to be honest I didn’t notice until the end. I wanted french tips on a natural nail colour. I have brown skin so I need something that’s more suited to my skin tone. Anyway she put the base coat then the colour I asked for the tips and I could already tell it was not looking right. I mentioned that it looks too pale for me and she said your nail is black so this is how it will come. I was shocked and disappointed I just let her finish the nails until my sister told me today something. I honestly just wanted them taken off they looked so bad. I asked and then they started to get annoyed and rude and finally changed them for free. I definitely will not go back !! Terrible service.

Update: because the top of my nails were ground down I was left with terrible lines while growing out and my nails were terrible condition. All my cuticles tore. It’s definitely not for natural nails. Ended up here in error lady was lovely and it’s a nice shop but been left with horrible nails and a bleeding cuticle. They grind the top of your nails and don’t have a shine buffer. Nails look terrible now. You also pay by bank transfer.

Very impressed with my nails. The lady worked carefully and did great job Asked me prior about the preferences of the shape and the look I expect and did really good job. She also knew the names of the nail published colors by heart))
