What they don’t know is that we are looking for a new nail shop for my family, we are dedicated and loyal (at last shop for 20yrs), what they will now know is that they will not get our business again. My Tech was not welcoming, nor good at her job, she rushed, tore up my cuticles, left old color, new color was thick and clumpy and everywhere she did not clean up what was not on the nail, refused to cut my nails shorter, brushed cuticle oil on and said go wash your hands you are done, I had to come home and file the rough edges and polish overflow, I will be having them re-done by weeks end

this is THE ABSOLUTE WORST AND UNWELCOMING nail salon i’ve ever seen. they do not even know how to shape nails , all the ladies are rude and they be giving out false information. I wouldn’t even waste my time or my money here , they’re scammers !!

please don’t come here really bad service not very nice people and takes hours to do anything take 2 hours half do my service of a pedicure and add 2 nail extensions i never got the 2 nail extensions and she still try to charge me i need to go get my baby from day care and she made come take off my polish and redo it again ???? may me late to pickup my baby ????????please please don’t used here if you are don’t get this lady to do any service for you i’ve just moved wanted to try some where she try to charge me $62 for a pedicure ????

I would say this place is just meh nothing too exciting kind of pricey they charge different price if You have a different nail shape nail did break but i just Glued it back went the other day to get Feet done and even with no one I'm the shop but me tech rushed and didn't take the time she should have on my feet will go to this place until I find a better one around me

I’m new to Germantown and this nail salon was close to home. Came in and was greeted nicely. Unfortunately the service was terrible. My nail tech rushed to do my pedicure. She asked if I wanted to cut down my nail and I said a little and she did more then a little cut. Applying the nail polish was also rushed. I had to point out to her where she missed a spot. Over all my pedicure was a disaster. I didn’t like the outcome of my toe nails. They looked better when I came in then the final result here at the salon. Won’t recommend this place to anyone and will be going somewhere else from now on.
