In this salon I gotten terrible toe nail fungus, they are used DIRTY tools and equipment that did not disinfect them. And now I have to treat it. I'll never go back there. Do NOT recommend.

I’ve been a customer of Ann’s Nails for years. I have always received excellent and professional services from them. They are accommodating with last minute appointments as well. I get my nails done by Lily who is wonderful and incredibly skilled and my lashes done by Ann who is great at working with fine, short and sparse lashes. Especially mine, as they slowly grew back after my chemo treatments. I would recommend recommend Ann’s Nails & Spa

I lived in the area and always did my nails here with my mom and sister, from the time I was single up to my wedding nails. Now I live 30 mins away and still drive here to do my nails. It has great service, the most friendly and kind staff, great prices, etc. They also keep up with the styles of the times. I used to always get bling bling gems, now I'm trying more modern summer styles. You can show any of the staff a picture of what you'd like and they recreate it every single time. I'm always happy! 100% recommend!

I had the absolute worst experience with lash extensions at Ann's Nails & Spa. My fault was probably in not checking reviews before hand but the worst part is the way I was treated and my experience was handled after the fact. When I initially got my lashes done, I loved how they looked but my eyes were very red and irritated. I told Ann this was my first time getting lashes done and she said no problem (she probably should have done a patch test if she was good at her job to see how I'd react). Nonetheless, she proceeded and I paid (and left a tip) regardless of my eyes burning. She saw they were red and said it's normal because it's the first time. The next day I woke up to swollen bloodshot eyes. I called Ann and told her the situation. She passed the phone to her husband who told me that "it is not their fault if I have sensitive eyes" lol. I told them I'd like to come into remove them as I am in pain and irritated and they said I could come in at 3PM andddddd WOULD HAVE TO PAY. I couldn't wait that long as I was in pain so found somewhere else to remove them for FREE even though it was not their work - they just felt bad for me. I called Ann back and she spoke to me on the phone. She reiterated that it is not her fault that this happened to me and that I liked my lashes when I left. She says she cannot give me my money back because of the time she put into the lashes. I went to the walk in clinic and have an infection in BOTH my eyes and cannot receive $70 from this cheap, horrible place. I wish I did my research and I am very happy nothing is even worse with my eyes. Please do yourself a favour and don't give these scammers your money for eyelashes, nails, eyebrows ANYTHING at all. They just want your money and don't care if they could potentially make you go blind.

Love this place, they do a very good job! Had a damaged, sick toenail. They fixed it faster than any medication from the pharmacy! Don't listen to stupid people bad surveys, if you need help..these ladies can do it!
