ZERO stars! My car was stolen a week ago, the police recovered it and had it towed to Anthony’s. I came by today to inquire about my vehicle as well as obtain payment information needed for insurance purposes. My experience with Anthonys, has been absolutely HORRIBLE. The Caucasian woman with the shoulder length greasy blonde hair at the front desk who refused to provide her name was tremendously rude, Condescending, refused to answer my questions, raised her voice at me like ACTUALLY YELLING- refused to allow me to see my car. Made us stand at the window booth with payment in our hand for 10 minutes, while she talked to her coworker for about her weekend, completely disregarding us. Her statements regarding my situation include “this isn’t my problem” “your car being stolen, has nothing to do with me” - and while we stood aimlessly at the window booth for 15 minutes waiting to pay, my companion asked “what are we waiting for?” the woman at the desk responded “oh I was waiting on you guys” . Absolutely despicable, disgusting treatment/customer service. She’s truly a horrible person. And an even worse employee. I rather PUSH my car home with weights tied to my ankles than to ever use this service WILLINGLY .

Terrible place , RUDE PEOPLE, careless, all they want is your money, if they cared maybe they’d have more respect… Lady there disgusting and Maybe she has a terrible life but no need to take it out on others… the reviews are terrible and I see why…. Lack of respect and empathy for people who really have no control over bad situations…. Police will call this place first at hand obviously because they’re probably getting a percentage from this place But we need to find a way to get this place shut down together as a whole!!!!!

Doesnt even deserve 1 star. Every encounter I have had with this company has been horrible and toxic. One occasion I introduce myself to the tow truck driver and put my hand out to introduce myself and they said I’m not shaking your hand I don’t know you like that I’m here to tow and thats it. Even though I requested roadside assistance for a jump and some gas so my car would start and they did not provide any gas and continue to tow my all-wheel-drive BMW backwards on the front wheels until I physically stop the driver who then refused to tow it.
