I have heard of many people having bad experiences with this place, but to be honest, we have been there 3 - 4 times, each with different and specific needs, like if I fail to locate something in a nearby Indian Store, I have to pay a visit to this store 10 miles away from my home, and exceptionally we have been able to locate and find that item here. This store has another USP selling authentic and fresh Non Vej items at reasonable rates, beside that there is Apna Cafe which serves fresh food on demand as well. Overall I am good so far ????

One of the major issues I encountered was the customer service, particularly at the checkout counter. The cashier displayed a disappointing lack of courtesy, providing no greetings or even a simple smile. To make matters worse, the cashier rushed me, insisting that I expedite the checkout process. Moreover, the consistent lack of essential items on the shelves was frustrating. Items such as curry leaves, lentils, curry powder, and various spices were frequently out of stock. It is baffling that a grocery store fails to maintain a steady supply of basic ingredients, hindering customers from finding the products they need for their meals. On some occasions, I found the store completely devoid of meat, further adding to the inconsistency of the shopping experience.

Really yummy authentic Indian food. Variety of fresh produce from their market and variety of sweet as well.

Apna carries a wide variety of pantry staples, frozen foods, refrigerated foods, fresh produce and meat. The store is clean, bright and fresh. They also offer wonderful prepared foods from the cafe. Their chicken makhani, chicken 65 and chili paneer are all mouthwatering. The staff are always friendly and very helpful (as a non-Indian who loves to cook and eat this cuisine, I know I can always count on their help when my knowledge and experience fall short here and there). Highly, highly recommend.

Outstanding buys on produce here! Fresh lemons are $1 for 5 ! They have fresh ginger, cilantro, sweet potatoes, and beautiful halal meats! Spices are incredibly reasonable. Wonderful selection of incense & other Indo/Pak items including beauty products! Nice, small store, easy access and parking. They welcomed my service dog - thank you!
