I have brought in several cars over the years. When Omar is there, he will actually do the work, and charge you fairly. When Mike is there, he will charge you for work he didn't/ didn't ask to do. The young black guy that was there was the best mechanic they had, but I haven't seen him in a very long time. The last guy that worked on my car, he was on YouTube, learning as he went. I guess they don't hire certified mechanics... My father took his car there to get a tune up, and Mike charged him $380. We took it to another shop, and they said they just put new wires on, but no new spark plugs. He ended up paying for 2 tune ups. They also said he needed motor mounts and brakes, but charged a ridiculous amount for that. The other shop charged half that amount, and actually did the work!! He would rather people pay in cash, so he can get whatever he wants with the money. He would be very persistent in telling you to go to an ATM, to withdraw cash. They were once reasonable, and actually did the work.. now all they want is money.

I would give it a 0 if I could. Very Dishonest People. I was charged $4850.00 to replace the engine. The engine check light still on to this day. None of the mechanics are licensed. Omar is a money hungry lazy person. They're very rude speaking in there language. The Dad Bumming Cigarettes off Me. What a Rip Off Thieves.

Very nice employees I had my blue bmw towed there and the got right to work on it. Gave me a good price and just two weeks early they fixed my shocks... for all repair needs I will always go to them... so proud of these guys

I realy apareciste these People My car was in diffrent Shop they could not turn the car on I towed it to Mike and they did fix it With less money than the other shop Thank you Mike and omar

I've never gotten any work done here and am thankful. Im an arlington resident since 1997 and have seen this shop numerous times in passing as I use abrams and collins quite a bit. As i was sitting in my car behind advance auto parts getting ready to reverse and leave i see a car coming pretty quick by the stretch or road that connects all the shops behind the stores. The car then pops the curb PURPOSELY and does a donut in the grass and pops off the curb and then pops a curb on the other side of the street then drives the car into the car shop gets out walks inside the office and then presumably hands the keys to the customer who then leaves the store. I've never seen anything like it, and then i ask a advance auto parts store employee what he thinks about them and he had nothing good to say about cooper auto service. Dont recommend, dont use, stay away. in the google photos posted by google in the back street behind the lot you can clearly see the photos have skid marks of cars doing donuts!!! I only updated this comment to say dr.ish is a savage. Also do g use these guys, they will break your car to charge you more in repairs. Saw it with my own eyes and you can see the Google photos of donuts behind the shop
