Rooms are not kept up. Holes in walls outlets falling out or taped to the walls. We had a thermostat on the wall and got told it was locked and we couldn't touch it so we had to get our own heater for the room.DO NOT STAY AT THE ARROWHEAD MOTEL IN EVANSVILLE INDIANA!! APPARENTLY HOUSEKEEPING IS ALLOWED TO SERVE NO KNOCK CLEANING. HAD THE MAN STRAIGHT UNLOCK MY DOOR AND OPEN IT WHILE I WAS IN THE BATHROOM AND THEY BRUSHED IT OFF BECAUSE HE DOESNT UNDERSTAND ENGLISH!! HOW IS THIS OK???

most trash hotel i’ve ever stayed at, blood stains on bed, stains on all the towels and wash rags, no toilet paper, bags of dope in the parking lot, key didn’t even work for our door had to go downstairs and get help to let back in our room and the dude was rude about heaving to help when it’s his job. They told us to go to another hotel down the road if we needed assistance or help getting back in our room, tv remote didn’t even work. definitely will never be back don’t waste your money on this disgusting place i wouldn’t pay $5 to stay there, and at that is cost $70 to stay.

No one expects cheap hotels to be nice but they at least expect a roll of toilet paper we went to go to the office to ask for one and nobody's there for $70 you think you'd get toilet paper there's holes in the wall the bed sheets are filthy and there's hair everywhere like it hasn't been cleaned there's mold on the shower curtains I Now understand why there's a big no refund sign cuz after everyone sees the rooms they want a refund also there's a random hole in the floor. We also found a crack pipe under the bottom sheet and the house keeper got confrontational and yelling in our face it must be ours she did her job and cleaned.

Can somebody just keep the residents here in the building and not out on the road why are they crawling everywhere
