I have been here 2x and Michele (server 1046) served me both times. I don’t travel often but I came back here because of Michele. The first time the restaurant was packed and some of the other servers were struggling. Michele was at least 2-3x more efficient compared to the other server and she served about 2-3x as many people. Although I’m sure it was a stressful time for her, she remained calm and professional with guests while kindly coaching the other server. I’m not sure what you are paying Michele per hour, but she is easily bringing in $75-100 more per half hour than any other person. If I may suggest, I’d recommend at least another $15/hr for her efficiency, coaching and professional under pressure. Her influence will make everyone on the team better. My gate was right next to the bar and it was extremely bright….That would be my only complaint. I’m a bartender and people do not want to be blinded out of a place…The bright white lights reflected off of the white bar so bad I sat there with my sunglasses on as I enjoyed one of the best Manhattan’s I ever had thanks to Messina! Messina was great and very friendly and attentive. Java was working with her and was also very friendly and attentive to everyone. Overall it was a great experience with some great staff!! Just turn the lights down!!

This sure was a pleasant surprise. I had a layover and was looking for a late dinner. Most of the places more central to the terminal were packed so I decided to walk around. Good thing that I did. At the end of the terminal was this spot. Relatively peaceful and not a huge crowd. So I decided to slide up to the ginormous bar and get a bite. The service wasn't excellent, but hey - it's a sports bar in an airport. What do you think you would get? Anyway, I ordered the Philly cheese steak because I wanted to be unconscious on the next leg of my flight and this easily helped me along. IT was surprisingly tasty. It wasn't massive, but it was just the right size. The fries were also pretty well done. I couldn't believe I was getting above average food in an airport. This to me was an oasis that I was happy to have found.

Thank you Erica Moore for finding and returning my iPhone that I left behind while catching a plane. You are a life save or at least my job saver! I am so very grateful for that kind of exceptional service above and beyond the call of duty. Eternally grateful!

Our waitresss Patricia was amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our drinks before our flight.although it was extremely busy she was professional, she kept smiling and my Gawd these drinks were so good!!!!!!!!
