For those of you trying to call and not getting through, I'll just start off by letting you know, that's not how Craig does things. I bought a used car and of course like all used cars I suspected it needed work so I took it to a shop my friend suggested. They did a good job but were just too far and too expensive, as well the owner and I didn't see eye to eye. He said I needed breaks and a ball joint so I suggested doing all the work at once to save on labor and he refused so I looked elsewhere. I got a few quotes from different shops and some were decent but I just had this feeling that I should take it to Aurora Auto. I just couldn't get through on the phone line. After a ride fell through for a shop I was going to take the car to I decided to just go over and talk to the guys at Aurora. Craig was great. He saw me walking up to the office holding my 10mo old and he was quick to come out and hold the door for me. He explained that he's been in business for 37 years and he had a sure fire system to get your car done quick. All I had to do was show up when they open around 8am and he'd get it done. I waited till after the weekend just in case my car needed more work than a day could fix. Took it in first thing Tuesday morning right as he was rolling up the gates, I gave him a key and my number and that was it, 2 minutes and I was out. A couple hours later Craig called me to explain that my breaks were just really worn out and I'd need new pads and front rotors which is what I suspected but he told me my front end was FINE! No ball joint needed! So I said awesome fix her up. A couple hours later, he calls again and just about after lunch time I had my car back. Fastest mechanic turn around I've had in a long time and he had the best prices in town. If you're looking here just show up at 8am and give Craig a try.

Had a great experience today at Aurora Auto Repair. Craig was very nice and checked my sister’s car as soon as we pulled up. He replaced her radiator the same day and charged a fair price. I highly recommend this repair shop and will be back!!!!

Went to Firestone down the street.. they quoted me $1,500 and a two week window for my repair. Brought my truck here and it was ready within a few days and cost me A LOT less. He was very honest and very timely. Really appreciated him here
