Our waitress Brooke was very personable and attentive. Nice to see Chef Ryan come by to see if our meal was to our liking. Both our meals were delicious. Started with fried calamari. Hubby had veal scallopini with mushroom sauce and I had Linguine Seafood Tuscan. Topped off our meal with a traditional tiramisu to share. Mmmmm Highly recommend this gem.
Rayan and his team at Bacchus are incredible! The food is always amazing and we can't get enough of it. He always comes out and greets us when we arrive, talks while we are waiting and answers any questions we may have. At Bacchus they go above and beyond for you! The food is absolutely amazing, some of the best Italian food I have had anywhere.
Without knowing much about the restaurant we have made a reservation, and, boy, did we hit the jackpot! The dishes from the menu were divine, restaurant did not have any problems about putting together a mushroom risotto, the service was timely, and the cocktails were expertly put together. I only remembered to take pictures of some dishes after we already started tearing them apart, they were so inviting. The kids were given a multi flavored juice combo put together on the spot, which has entertained them and kept them busy for a while.
Based on the raving reviews I was expecting a lot more for Bacchus. This is not a very fancy place, based on the decor and the staff attire, plus the seats were uncomfortable. The service was friendly but very slow. It seemed like they were understaffed for a Saturday night. The Bruschetta as the appetizer was tasty but took forever to come out. The Carn E Gambari was okay but lacked flavour. I can’t say that I would look forward to coming to Bacchus again.
What a great meal. We tried the April special as well as an amazing pasta dish. Josh was outstanding and we had the privilege of meeting Ryan the owner. We will definitely be back. The steaks look wonderful.
