Reviewed before on a brilliant sunset night. This evening you couldn't even see Arran, weather was so bad.Only descriptive word is oldscots ..Dreich.????
We love to go to this beach with our dog, the view out on to the water is lovely. We have never found it to be too busy and it is great for letting the dog off lead. Plenty of friendly people that frequent the area.
Barassie Beach is a true hidden gem nestled along the stunning Ayrshire coastline, with its stunning views of Isle of Arran is the distance. The first thing that struck me was the pristine condition of the beach. The golden sand stretched out for miles, inviting visitors to take a leisurely stroll or take part in some of the activities it offers. Whether it's building sandcastles with the family, enjoying a picnic on the grassy dunes, or trying your hand at water sports such as windsurfing or kayaking, there is something for everyone. Plenty of parking makes it easy to access by car. This video was made in November and as u can see its still enjoyable in the autumn.
