Terrible service and their marketing is also atrocious. Whoever put paper post cards on peoples cars is just careless. It rains 3x a day in cfl and I’d know I’ve lived here my whole life! I’ll take my business elsewhere and I suggest others do the same! Also, The owners responses on these genuine feedback comments is also alarming! Who runs a business where you every critical concern a customer’s is wrong? Would give 0 stars but Google won’t allow me.

On 07/19/2022 I visited the self serve bay wash. this place is terribly dirty also the water was shut off. How does one run a business such as a car wash without water? Riddle me that?? Also if this place of business didn’t have power then I wouldn’t be able to use the vacuum or the soap in the wash bay. I vacuumed the car and proceeded to the wash’s bay. Put several dollars in the machine and soaped up the rims. Then once finished I attempted to rinse with water which never came on! After calling the manager Tony B several times he finally answered to explain the power went off. We waiting for more than 20 minutes no one came to reimburse me. So I sat there warning other customers of what to expect. Don’t go there here.

Watch the coin service several times I was given 3 quarters not four. The vacuum could not even suck up crumbs from the cup holder or sand from the rubber floor mat.

Apparently there are few self service car washes allowing you to wash your own car. Very pleased with the washing bays with multiplier spray tools and a scrub brush. 5 stars for offering EXACTLY the quality/price combo that I sought. Not 5 star rated because anything is fancy or premium, but that’s precisely my desire. A simple and affordable self service car wash is exactly what this place is, and I’ll definitely be back.

Poor car wash. Brought my new car to wash. First off the washer gun is cheap. The tire cleaner did not dispense like it was low. The bug remover would spirt and not give much of anything. And didnt lossen any of the organic material on my car. The high pressure soap was skimpy on soap. And over all. The high pressure rinse couldnt even get grasd bits off my car as shown in the pic below. My car is still isn't fully clean. Waste of money. It's $2 to start the wash for 3 mins and add coins as you go. But it beeps once at 50 sec and if you don't hear it and the dispenser runs out. You pay another $2. I'll just wash my car myself at home geez.
