Very disappointed with the way I was treated here. The worst nail salon experience I ever had and this was my first experience with this nail salon and will be my last, will definitely be taking my business elsewhere. They only accept cash but I was not made aware of that until after service, the lady that did my pedicure became very rude, it was very humiliating and it was insulting to my character, it’s really not that common to go to a place of business and they don’t accept cards. I ended up going to my bank, which was a inconvenience, plus they held my phone with all my personal information, which I really regret leaving with them, but if something comes up, at least I know where and who. To be fair they do have a sign that I missed but didn’t notice because as soon as I came in they had me to sign in and I was actually seated right away. Despite the the sign someone still should have let me know verbally. I mean What if you have someone to come in who can’t see or can’t read, it can happen, in my case I really didn’t see the sign.

TERRIBLE: On Tuesday, I went by this Salon after several others had wait time. This BN had no wait time; but the technician was RUDE, UNPROFESDIONAK AND DID SOMETHING I ASKED HER NOT TO DO. First, I repeated the services desired, manicure and polish change on toes. She laughed, with a SMIRK, "I KNOW, I KNOW." Then she got the Drill out. I said, "MA'AM I don't want the drill used on my hand. She Said "WHY?" I repeated, "I just don't want a drill used on my hand"! She ignored me nd continued to use drill, going from one nail to ANOTHER TOTALLY IGNORING MY REQUEST. Finally, I said Ma"am I've asked you 3 times not to use the drill", she totally ignored me. She was fast,, and so I let her finish. When I left, I told the receptionist , and she had a look on her face, face like "SO". THIS SHOP HAS VERY REASONABLE PRICES, WITH NO WAIT. BUT I HAVE 2 WORDS-- "NEVER AGAIN." HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY 70+ YEARS.. Warning, "Mark my words. Many BAD REVIEWS ON: nasty attitudes, unprofessionablism, RUDE!

Got a pedicure and the lady cut my feet twice on the same toe. I asked Emily for a discount all she had to say was my feet not bleeding anymore but My toe is still burning. I didn’t come in this mail shop with my toe already cut. I guess they don’t care about their black clients only the part when they get our money! I will not be back! To pay $50 and you cutting my skin off!

First time going here and I’ll never go back. Nails uneven, I paid for gel polish for me and my kids an hour later all the polish came off my kids hand. The water was cold on my feet, the chairs are hard, and uncomfortable, almost everybody there had a newborn baby with them. I didn’t know if I was getting my nails done or if I was at a daycare center. Paid $240 for me and my daughters manicure and pedicure and it was the worst experience we ever had.

I had a great experience they are clean and they make you comfortable then they are amazing when it comes to getting my nails done.
