Today was my 3rd visit to this nail salon. Mrs. C is fantastic. She really takes her times and the service doesn’t feel rushed. I got an acrylic overlay on my natural nails which she did a fill-in with nude gel polish and lined sticker art with glitter lined in between and of course glitter on my pinkies. I love how they turned out!

I brought my daughter to get her nails done for the first time. She loved them so much. Ms.C was so kind and helpful. She helped us learn which type of nails we wanted, we went with gel powder. My daughter came with a picture of what she wanted, and Ms.C matched it perfectly.

Daughter had the worst experience ever. She got designs and didn’t like how the design was done. Tech said too late, when she asked him to change it. One of the nails broke a couple hours after, she went back to get the nail fixed. It was right before closing they had already closed the doors and all they did was file the nail. That nail is so short compared to all the other nails. We will not be doing business there again. Very unprofessional and rude. Bad customer service!

I decided to go to this nail salon based on higher reviews… I have now learned to not listen to reviews. I walked in first thing on a Sunday wanting to get French tips done. I got seated almost immediately and I showed the lady the picture of French tips I wanted and she said “I can try” she then proceeded to talk about how terrible the French tips would look and how I should just pick one color for the entire nail the entire time she was putting my acrylic on. She then told me that if I wanted French tips it would be $75….( I have never been to a nail salon that charges that much and I typically go to the bigger nicer ones…) after hearing her talk about the French tips for so long I finally got tired of it because she clearly just either didn’t know how to do it or was just to lazy so then I just picked one color so I could get my nails over with… I then asked how much the pedicures were and she told me their basic was $35 I then said ok and I decided to get one. By the time it was time for me to check out she charged me $75 for the acrylics even though I didn’t get the French tips and that is outrageous in my opinion and $50 for the pedicure… when I tried to say something about it she said it’s $15 extra for gel??????? Never in my life have I gotten scammed by a nail salon like that. I HIGHLY recommend not going here at all costs. I normally go to coco nails and they do an AMAZING job and I only decided to go here because I live on Ramsey and wanted to be quick but never again. Such a waste of money!

The best experience I've ever had. I honestly can say they took their time and paid attention to my pedicure needs. The facility was clean and the people were amazing.
