pretty basic - I went there a couple of times to do the exterior and basic inside for USD$17, LITERALLY in less than 5 minutes they are done... last time I had taken my car to them it had even remained with pigeons dirt... but I thought.. kkkey.. maybe it's because it's their most basic service... Ill upgrade next time... then today, I decided to do the premium whatever to include the vacuum service for USD$45 and this is how they left the trunk and the back of the vehicle ???? and that was literally recorded less than an hour after having the vehicle cleaned ???? even the back seats still had dog hair from one day I took my dog to the vet with a blanket... so, that was a last time for me ???? not going back ????????

I’ll start off saying if I had a choice to put less than 1 star I wouldn’t hesitate to choose that. I went there to do a detail/shampoo clean to my car. They held my car for over 6 hours to the point that I just walked over there to see what was the hold up. Such a lazy horrible job they did. When I arrived the exterior wasn’t washed yet. They didn’t clean the head rests nor the trunk of my SUV. I made a complaint and was told to return it the next day, I went and they basically took a rag and wiped down the inside. Didn’t even attempt to clean the head rests. Definitely not worth the $175 I paid for. I will never ever go back to this establishment!

So bad that I am even writing a review! Waste of money! The whole reason why I took my car there was to clean the birds' s#¡t off. They could not even do that right. They lso left the part behind the door handle dirty and the windows, well you can see for yourself in the pictures. Not coming back here ever again.

This is my first and last experience at this car wash, who initially gives the receipt for the car wash, his behavior with the customer is unbelievable, we do not do car wash for free, we pay money and wash their car. The style is just as if they are going to get a car wash in UpFree. There are many local hand car wash points built in the Bronx which provide better car wash and respect to the guests.

Only 1 star, because the manager or whomever this "OZ" behind the curtain was gave me $5 back for the food his employee carelessly threw in the garbage. I'm even still looking at soap on my window guards, and I'm not satisfied with my $24.99 (after $5 back) Will never come back. Will not recommend. Nice Guys on Broadway is way better, and worth the drive from here!
