Disappointing. Bought a voucher for 30 minute massage. Upon attending, whilst staff were friendly, the massage lasted 15 minutes and was rushed. There was nothing relaxing about it as it was so noisy there too. Wished I’d looked at the poor reviews beforehand.

I booked an appointment for shellac hands. I've had this a few times here over a few years. Had one in January and a bit disappointed as one of the nail colours completely peeled off after 3 days. Thought it was a one off so booked again. Was offered "builders shellac" which I went with. The "buffing" of my nails was brutal and quite painful. However, colour was lovely and pleased with the end result. About 4 days later, while on holiday, nails started peeling (not just the colour). Granted, my nails weren't in 100% condition but goodness me, they're now ruined for god knows how long. I certainly won't be back for shellac/gel nails. BTW, have had massages and lash treatments here before and these have been fine. Maybe some refresher training is needed for shellac?

I was bought a Groupon deal for my birthday what was for an hour long massage & facial.. I couldn't attend the appointment due to my children having covid.. The staff at bee beautiful were far from helpful and just point blank refused to change my booking to a different date, they even stopped replying to my text messages, very unprofessional. I was really looking forward to this treatment as I never treat myself, I'm a busy mother of 2 and work full time for the NHS. Very disappointed. Wouldn't recommend.

Booked for my first eyelash extension through Groupon, got sent a notification through text from staff for me to confirm time, precautions etc which I thought was professional. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by welcoming , polite and professional staff. Seen to me straight away, entered a nicely decorated room and member of staff talked me through every process & took her time. I was happy with my eyelash extension and wax. They lasted over 2 weeks ???????? came back again for another eyelash extension with wax and tint. Communication was brilliant as I couldn't make appointment rescheduled same day with no issues. Customer service is brilliant. Definitely recommend. Lovely atmosphere too.

Lovely pamper afternoon. A birthday treat from a friend that knows me well. Fabulous massage (apologies for snoring) & gorgeous facial. Lovely girls, very helpful
