We found Bella's while searching on Google. I'm glad we did. The all-you-can-eat shrimp is a pretty good deal. My wife and son enjoyed it. I got the ultimate Greek pizza and it was okay. The crust was a little dark but still tasty and the pizza itself could have used a little more flavor. I also ordered a Caesar salad which was not great. The garlic knots and loaded fry appetizers were great as was the chicken parmesan. The service was good and so was the atmosphere. We will visit again given the opportunity. I do recommend getting there early on Thursday. It filled up fast around 6:15 even though it was bad weather.

Showed up for all you can eat Shrimp nite. Sat for a while due to the crowd. Once we were finally asked about drinks it was quick and very awkward. Then finally once we got around to placing the order it was again very awkward. My teenage sone didn’t realize you had no choice of separating the side. They come only 2 ways and that’s house choice. You know kids are picky and when you pay too dollar for all you can eat you’d expect a little courtesy. A simple explanation would have been sufficient. First batch came out maybe 30/45 later and the shrimp was cold. So to finally seal the deal that we’ll not return there was once the second helping was brought out.The second helping was actually warm and surprised me. We wrapped up and my son had a small portion left over. He politely asked for a to go box. And was told, you have to ask for a box before they bring the last helping? So I’m all for rules. But there was no explanation prior to there process and our food that cost a pretty penny was then threw in the trash. I’d like a chance for a explanation because I don’t believe in talking down on local businesses. But when you lack the effort to explain everything prior to your service, there’s no excuse.

The food was overpriced considering the portion size and lacking quality. I've paid cheaper for TV dinners that were larger and significantly better. The rolls came out overdone. Two of which looked normal, the rest were dark. When we asked the server for some that were not so overdone, she said, "Those don't look burnt to me, they look like our normal house rolls" and walked away. The fettuccine came out overdone as well, to the point the noodles were crunchy and the sauce was lumpy. We both regret eating here.

We had the fresh garden pizza. It was good. No complaints there. Service however was horrible. Our pizza was literally dropped off like a drive by. Did not receive any refills nor were we asked until 10 minutes after we got the bill. Not sure if the server was having a bad day or what. We saw our server visit other customers multiple times but not our table, having the same demeanor towards all the customers. We got an unwelcoming impression and it made the experience non enjoyable.

This place is absolutely disgusting. The first red flag was a roach on the wall, but we already ordered. Then our food arrived and our chicken was raw. Are you serious? Don't waste your money. Go somewhere else. Also if the owner went back to take some customer service classes and lost the rudeness and attitude that would be a plus as well.
