I been going to Bella Salon for years now and I have never had a bad experience with their service. The employees are amazing and friendly!! ! But one thing that really upset me is the last two times I been there their building so super cold !! I mean is warmer outside then Inside ! I feel bad for the girls that work all day with no heater! To the owner you should really care for them!!!

Great customer service. So professional people and familiar at the same time. I strongly recommend them for the whole family. They are so good with hair cutting, tint and other beauty related services. And also you get a warm bi lengua service.

Worst experience I ever had very expensive is Concord. No Walnut Creek

I called a couple of minutes before they opened and was happy that they answered. I asked if they were accepting people by appointment only but they simply asked what time I was thinking about coming in and they gladly accepted the time(which was 30 minutes from the time I called.) Due to the pandemic, they were set up to do service right outside their business, we got to enjoy the early morning breeze as we waited, which was about 5 -7 mins. Not bad at all. I've taken my children to get a haircut here for years. We were in and out in about 30 minutes. Their prices have gone up about $8 and we get a different stylist almost every time, but we don't mind. Hands get sanitized and temperature is taken, I do recommend this salon.
