Had a fantastic experience with the team at Bernie’s! I showed up with 4 tires I ordered online, and they happily mounted/balanced the set within 30 minutes! The employees are hospitable, you meet great locals while there, and you can tell they take great care while working on your car. Make sure you check these guys out for your next tire maintenance!

Do not go here, I had two tires replaced a month ago and while driving at a stop light going no more then 3mph my tire came clean off my car! I was on my way to the bridge this would have been a life threatening accident. I called them after it happened to ask for them to fix it and resolve the issue and they wanted nothing to do with it and tried to claim it wasn’t their fault. Not only was it missing and entire lug as you can see two of them were completely shredded down. I had multiple people including police inform me this is entirely the fault of their company. Would give zero stars if I could. If only they could have helped after the fact but they were entirely unhelpful with the whole situation.

Such an amazing place and people who work there. Don't let one bad experience from a Karen let you think they aren't amazing at what they do. Marked by excellence, experience, and actually caring about people this is the best place to go for all your tire needs. Open Sundays from10-3 (unlike Geralds) nothing against them but I've always gotten way better service ag Bernie's. Wouldn't go anywhere else

Incredibly helpful fast and easy service. Do not waste your time with the other fools on rivers. Go to Bernie's for a good honest tire shop with fair prices.

I have been coming to Bernie’s tires on and off for years. Always recommended. Very helpful and great prices for tires. The staff is very open and honest with the process they need to do and explains everything. We will continue to come and recommend to friends and family.
