The credit card readers don’t work in either bay, the wash sucks, the dryer vents don’t move so you’re still wet when you leave, and the phone number provided for problems goes straight to voicemail. Waste of $12
Not a good car wash, it didn't give what I have paid for, my underbody wash or blow dry ????
I was trying out a new car wash because of its touchless service but was very disappointed in the quality of service received. The wheels were still dirty and there were streaks down the side of my vehicle. There were no vacuums available at all. Also, there was no one on sight to rectify this issue to gain a potential customer. I will not be returning!
Not only is the car wash service horrible, but the customer service from Danielle Feifs is even worst. I paid $8 for a car wash using my credit card - the machine did not print a receipt. I completed the entire car wash process and when finished my car presented even worst than when I arrived! The car did not look washed at all - see photos. I contacted this company by phone, no one answered and I left a voicemail. I contacted this company via email and I've been in contact with Danielle Feifs. She asked me to send BEFORE and AFTER pictures of my car. Who takes BEFORE pictures of their car prior to getting a car wash??? I'm sorry, I wasn't expecting poor service, thus I didn't take before pictures. Then her solution was to mail me a gift card. There's a few problems with this beginning with I live about 90 minutes away from this car wash AND even if I lived locally, your service and customer service is terrible - I will never use a Water Works again...especially in Greensboro, NC! I informed Danielle if I wasn't issued a refund, I would dispute it with my credit card company. She then called me and wanted to have "small talk" such as, "What were you doing in the area?" Woman, it is mid-day on a Monday, I am busy. Most importantly, I am an adult and I am not obligated to discuss my personal life with you! Professional boundaries is an important character trait. We are not friends, I am not trying to make small talk. The conversation ended with, "The company typically doesn't offer refunds and I'll have to look into it." Woman, you should have been looking into it from the very first email I sent mentioning, "I want a refund." I provided her with my mailing address. Hopefully, I'll hear something back soon. If not, not only will I take it up with my credit card company, I'm going to submit a compliant to the BBB. It is really ridiculous and I'm sure this company gets over on a lot of people who simply do not have the time to go back and forth with them about their bad service! I am extremely dissatisfied and highly recommend using another car wash service.
Cheap, but doesn't clean the car well and the vacuum you have to use quarter which is weird cause you can pay with your card to get a car wash. But the vacuum is not really good and you have to have 75 cents to start it and it last for like 2 minutes maybe
