Had front brake pads replaced on both tires (I brought the parts) for $60. They took 10 mins and I was done. Very fast and friendly and at great prices. Highly recommend and I will be back.

We have had a home base in Crawfordville for several years and have used Big A Tire many times. They are usually friendly, quick, and priced fairly with only one exception. And we went elsewhere that one time. Maybe that guy was having a bad day. We have been back since and received the service we have become accustomed to.

This place is such a rip off, my daughter took her truck there for an alignment, they called her an said it needed too many components in the front end, I had the truck on a Jack an I know it don’t need all them parts they claim, I asked them to do the alignment anyway an they refused, I am a paying customer an I asked you to do a job I am paying for an yet you refuse, seriously… they obviously are screwing people enough they don’t need my money so let’s see how long they stay in business with this ethnic.

Never have I seen a business be so unprofessional! The job was to fix front brakes after 4 day they failed when I was driving. Luckily I was able to stop in the side of the highway. The front left caliper failed due to not being tightened after changing pads.. Also the front right caliper bolts were not tightened. I had the vehicle towed to another Auto repair company in the area because the are fenced off and locked after hours. I notified them that I was going to have the breaks repaired by the other shop. The said the would cover the towing and repairs. I showed up a few days later with the picture and bills and they are denying responsibility and said that I made it up. They are more interested in their Race cars than the customer. One Day Karma will Correct them. Please don’t let them touch you vehicle!!! Really!!!!
