A little off the beaten path but the service was great! There was only one sales person in the section where my mother and I were shopping but she did her best to assist everyone who was in there. I appreciate it when I am acknowledged by sales people even when they can't break away immediately to assist me. This sales person (I wish that I had asked for her name) was terrific at this!

Store hours are posted as 10-6 on Sunday I guess they should adjust the hours to be more realistic

The only place on the West side I go to purchase hair products for myself and my 18 year old. My oldest as well. Especially crochet hair. I also love their head wraps.

renee was amazing!! she answered all of my 100 questions and took her time to help me and go above and beyond! i cant believe i’ve never been at this location… will definitely be coming back just to see her and her amazing attitude!

Never opens on time, employee looked at me when I went to open the door didn't come to the door at all. Already 30 mins late opening up. Will order offline where customer service is better
