Horrible and embarrassing. I took my mother there to vacuum and wash through their automatic wash. The automatic wash ripped the passenger side of her car up, tore the antenna off, ripped the side view mirror off and the only phone numbers around had the last 4 to 6 numbers torn off. I googled the location and left messages, but no response and never an answer. The car wash bay had been broken and we didn't realize it until it was too late. And their vacuums SUCK less than average.

For a drive through car wash it competes with the big guys whonhsve free vacuums I wish the drive thru ones still gave you a free coin to do vacuuming then would easily be a 5 star review

What a great little car wash! Had all kinds of bells and whistles to get your car clean. If I still live in Louisville, I would definitely go back. All new equipment and very efficient. If you need your car washed you should check them out. Unless you're the guy who washes a car and it rains. LOL

Come here all the time and live this place will be definitely going back again very soon I always feel like my car gets clean they could empty their trash cans a little bit more but other than that my experience is great I go there at least once a week sometimes more probably will be going back in the next few days always a great joy going there if you're in the area I suggest you give this car wash a try
