Terrible experience, thankfully I did not commit to a larger order. I ordered 15 shirts, went to the store in person showed pictures of the exact design and location of printing I required. When I picked up the final product the lettering on the shirts were not printed in the location I had requested and shown. The employee flat out denied seeing the mock up picture of the shirts I needed. Another employee tried to tell me that there was a legal requirement for them to print lettering on t-shirts a certain way - not true. I called the store twice, went in person once and was constantly told the owner would reach out to me. Rather than fixing their mistake and giving me a product I was satisfied with - they tried to entice me to place another order and said they would give me 15 new shirts at a discounted price. The price points were decent - but I would say go to a place that may charge a bit more but at least you'll get a product you can be proud of. If for whatever reason you do opt to use this shop, make sure you put everything in writing and email them mock ups and multiple pictures because they will ruin products and try to tell you they did it right. They lost my business for 200 shirts for a fundraiser, and another 20 shirts + hoodies for a sports team. Grateful I did not commit to anything large.

Brampton T-Shirt Place has been my go-to place for any custom printed clothing. We have been using custom printed hoodies for last several years. The quality is top-notch. Recently. We got custom t-shirts done for our parents’ 50th anniversary. The print quality was amazing and the t-shirts were beautiful. Jas goes out of his way for customer service. He is very creative with his suggestions for designing. This place is highly recommended for custom printed clothing.
