Clean laundromat and I love the new card system. However, the owner may want to consider updating their listed hours. Online it shows them as opening at 6 am, but their employee is always late by at least half an hour. On Saturdays, she sits in the office and doesn't open until 6:30 am either; just sits and watches all the people lining up outside. Updated hours or new employee needed?

The machines here work well and it is affordable but I don’t understand the point of having an employee here if they just stare at you and say they can’t help with the machine that dispenses cards. I too, would like a job that consists of being paid for sitting and doing nothing besides being on my phone.

I am writing this as I stand outside of this facility. I should preface this by saying that I have been really quite satisfied with my experience here. So much so that I've continued to use it even after moving from the neighborhood. The important complaint, as I said, I've moved so this location is now a significant drive. I look online and it says closing at 930p. I arrive at 925p and the doors are locked. I patiently wait at the doors until the staff member comes to the door, at which point she says it is NOW 930. Which means the door was locked before that time because she had to walk from the rear to greet after I'd been standing there sometime. Nevertheless, I sat I don't need to wash, I just want drop off(using wash and fold service). I was told no, we are closed. She closes the door and walks away. A couple problems: to my knowledge a business is not supposed to lock it's doors during posted business hours. Further, I can't understand what the limitation would have been to take the clothes. It would just go into the queue, no fuss no muss. But now I will have to make a return trip. I'll be honest, until now the service kept me coming despite the inconvenience. I'll now find somewhere closer and save myself trouble lest they decide to lock up an hour early next time. Really sad about this experience.

I love this laundromat. Very clean. The staff is nice and I like that you don’t have to pay 30 minutes on a dryer if you just need 10.
