Car troubles are the last thing anyone would want to experience but thanks to Broad Auto Repair— they made my day so much better. Upon driving on my way home from a work trip, my car began to act weird and felt hesitant to make the commute home. As I was searching for a repair shop, I stumbled upon this gem and couldn’t be happier. Their attention to detail and stellar customer service was exactly what I needed. The owner, Fayau and his team made sure to provide me affordable pricing packages and made sure I was comfortable while the repairs were being made. I really appreciated how transparent they were and as a woman, that was appreciated. All in all, this was a 10/10 experience.

Dishonest!! Beware! My elderly mom brought her car there for an oil change as she didn't have a ride to drop her car off at her usual garage. They told her when she picked up her car that she needed rear brakes and rotors. She brought her car to her usual mechanic (Jack's) the next week. They looked at her car and her brakes and rotors were fine! She had just had then replaced within past two years and only drives about 3K miles/year. Sad they tried to scam an elderly woman.
