Took my very old vehicle in for a radiator replacement. Rather than just doing the prescribed job, the staff took time to examine the vehicle and alert me to a multitude of impending serious problems. Ron Brock and his crew are absolutely nothing short of 1st Class!!! Being a 3rd party railroad regional safety contractor, my truck is my rolling office. Thursday my truck pulled onto the site and my day began, only for it to turn into chaos quickly with a failed fuel pump. In a state of panic, I began searching locations and reading reviews. Those reviews put me in touch with Mr. Brock and his team. Far from home, Mr. Brock gave me a number to Jerry's Towing who came to fetch me almost instantly. After dropping the truck and sharing the info about what I'd found wrong, they immediately went to work on it. Mr. Jerry dropped me back at the hotel, another gracious gesture. For the final act, Mr. Brock has a friend Mr. Chris who does Lyft. He came out to grab me and take me back to my now repaired and waiting truck the following day. Mr. Brock's entire team from his service techs to his alliance of friends showed me more compassion than some people I've known my entire life.
