I had a pair of expensive Gucci toe post sandals which were practically useless as the toe post was so long that they would slip off within two steps. Unwearable. Or so I thought until I spoke to Sam at Bromsgrove Cobbler, he shortened the leather by getting the sole apart and filing off all the scuffs. Outstanding ! So happy and I will definitely trust them with all my designer shoes and bags.

I was miss sold a bottle of ejuice ... they put the wrong item In the bag ..I tried to return it today or exchange it for the item I originally asked for.. it is unopened ... and i got politely told to go forth and multiple..as its not their policy to rectify thier mistakes in fact it must have been my mistake as it not possble that they could have supplied an item i didnt ask for ...great shop guess I won't be buying from here again... I payed the fifteen pounds for their mistake .. great policy

Popped in for some vapes. The selection they have is HUGE!! The staff are very attentive and welcoming. Great value for money. I can't wait to use this place more often.

If I could give zero I would! Ruined my bag. Argued, rude, blamed me. It was quite surreal. No space for details here unfortunately. I then dealt with the other young guy. Better , tried to resolve an already bad situation but couldn't. Do not have a bag repaired here! . Shoddy workmanship. Shoes are OK. Expensive. But OK. I will never return. Customer service matters. BUT not to this individual. Being right matters to him at the customers expense. Awful experience.
