I have been coming here for years. Now that I’m bringing my own oil. And let some one different change my oil. I have a new leak. Oil leak never have before. He didn’t even give me a receipt. Charged me $30 when the manager charges 15 if I bring my own everything. But yeah this is mind boggling

Drove over for service, door was opened and drive in. Sat there for over 15 minutes being ignored by multiple people. One was eating her lunch and after several minutes (10 or more) I rolled down my window and asked if they do oil changes. She rudely replied “yes” did not walk over to speak to the customer. Continued to sit and do absolutely nothing. Several other employees wandered in and out of garage. One stood in alcove with styrofoam plate, looked at me and turned away. If this is Ford customer service, then not surprising people are shopping elsewhere!
