Wanted to sample a bacon, egg, and cheese at the nearest bodega and this was outside my hotel, sandwich hit the spot and another bucket list item ticked off the list. Place was packed with all sorts of goods, and odds & ends, and even had a salad bar to accompany the deli. Prices were at a premium, I guess mainly for the location. $8 for a sandwich.

One of the best delis/bodegas in the area. It’s super clean, they have a TON of options, and it always seems to be freshly stocked every time I stop by. My go-to is the NYC classic, a bacon, egg & cheese on an everything bagel. Don’t forget to add ketchup to make it 10x better.. or hot sauce if your are feeling spicy.

It's a very convenient little shop with usually friendly staff. They have a large buffet style selection of hot and cold foods, a deli, and some small arrangements of frozen food, cold beer, etc. The buffet selection includes fresh fruit like blueberries, strawberries, cantaloupe, pineapple, and grapes. The hot portion includes asian mixed stir fry like chicken and peppers, steamed vegetables, chicken wings, and potatoes. The variety of everything is very limited and typical of Manhattan quite expensive. Check the expiration date of anything you get here; I've had some unfortunate problems with food from the fridges/freezers here in the past. Items ,such as the beer can mouth pieces and other items, are a bit dirty. Wash everything you get. Other than those somewhat minor issues, I've had no problems. The beer is $2.50 for the larger cans. Most everything here is better to get because of convenience more than any other reason. While they do have a lot of home products, they don't have coffee pots or coffee filters among other common goods you might find yourself in need of. There's two cash registers up front and typically a line of 2-4 people but it doesn't take too long. There's 2-3 staff usually including a cashier and a Deli attendant.
