Since I feel the quality of the food is key, going with 4 stars instead of 3. The pizza and the lemon pepper wings were very fresh and tasty. The wings were a good size and nice and crispy. This was our first order, started by calling in around 1:10pm and getting put on hold for 15 minutes, then disconnected. When I arrived to place the order in person at the drive through, after a 3 minute wait, I was asked if I was picking up and I politely explained that I would have been, but was put on hold and disconnected when I tried to call in. Both the staff who greeted me at the window were pleasant and friendly. After taking my order, I was told it would be about 20 minutes. So I set a timer, went and parked for 20 minutes and returned to the drive through where I had to wait another 4 minutes for someone to show up at the window. As for the order itself, all was good other than I asked for extra celery and received a handful of carrot sticks. We will probably try the indoor experience later as the food was good. Will go when we aren’t in a hurry…

I have been here several times and they don't disappoint! The food and staff are amazing. I highly recommend Buchanan City Pizza and Wings.

Great food. I didn't want to cook and my dad was in town for Christmas. I had all the kids and my husband was working. I was thankful to have some good fast food.
