This is an older hotel, but it's clean, comfortable, quiet. Overall it was a VERY pleasant experience. We showed up a day early, not realizing that so much as going on downtown, but Wayne was accommodating, even gave us a upgrade and additional discount. Couldn't ask for a better experience! Thank you so much Wayne and Ryan. Y'all were great.

Super accommodating. The front desk person was really helpful and the room was surprisingly updated given the price! Really enjoyed the stay and really enjoyed the value for needing a room the night of booking. Would recommend for the area.

Great spot to relax, customer service was excellent and staff on duty is a family that helped me in dire times of need. Clean room and great T.V. set with lots of channels to surf.

The owner was amazing. After the 1st hotel which we had reservations canceled our rooms bc my daughter made the reservations in her name with my card is the reason they gave me for canceling my room bc the reservations was in my daughters name and the payment method wasn't in the same name. I was so upset after driving 11 hours b4 they told me it was canceled. So at almost 4 am I had to search for another hotel for me and my grandaughter to stay. But this hotel was clean and they all were super nice. And the owner even gave me a deal on the room and even upgraded the room for me. I would definitely recommend and be back bc my grandaughter has 2 more summit and world's competitions and another competition in April 2023. Love this place. And the people that run and own it.
