The employee that was sweeping up the mulch that someone had washed out of the truck was very sweet and nice. He helped me with understanding the different wands and what they are used for I haven't washed my car in 3 years since I found out I had cancer so it was time for a bath. My car is now very beautiful. I wish it was a little cheaper or the time would last longer but other than that is an awesome place to wash your car.

It was too expensive. I purchased the best wash they offered. It did not get small bugs off the bumper and windshield. Windows also spotted after rinse and air dry.

Dryer time was incredibly short, didn't even finish 1st half of car... and for $12.... sad waste

No soap on the self serve side but then pipes dripping soap all over roof and running down the side of the truck after washing. Lot is very small for trucks and vans. Self serve accepts bills/coins only mo credit.

Solid touchless carwash. No brushes. Also has 4 spots for self service if you want to wash by hand. This will probably be where I go from now on since I can’t find touchless car washes in knoxville.
