Just left there, and they have lost my business forever. I was the only customer in the store. I guess I was bothering the associate there tonight while she was on her phone by asking a question of where products were. She waved me off and said they were all around and was no help. Off to Beauty Town I go….Ok just left Beauty Town $63 dollars well spent and the associate at Beauty Town walked me over to the products I needed and gave me choices. She stayed with me and was sooo helpful. I would have paid more if they had hooded dryers in stock. I will always drive by ByEssence Beauty Supply to go to Beauty Town.

First and last visit. Walked in and noticed some selections sort of skimpy. I was after a ponytail in a #4. No #4 s did I find. I looked up to see the cashier staring at me. No "can I help you or how are you doing today ?" I said hello and she said hello. That was it for us both !!

First visit here. No greeting or anything. Seems to have a great selection of things but lacking customer service skills. Lady at the counter was in her phone until I got ready to check out. Oh well just had to grab one product, mission accomplished. Most likely my 1st and last visit.

This place is a little expensive. I came here to purchase a 360 lace frontal. The price I paid, I have purchased one online with at least one bundle. I guess you pay for convenience, considering that they're the only beauty supply store in the Upstate that stays open til 9pm. A great aspect for us working people who clock out after 5 and 6pm.

Great! I always have a pleasant experience when I visit ByEssence, whether I'm looking at hair, earrings or anything else they have. The associates are very helpful and nice and they're prices aren't too high.
