We ended up here for the first time because we found no diners were open at 0630. They have an amazing array of specialty (Brazilian) bakery items some sweet and many savory. I'm no stranger to bakery cases and I didn't recognize the items. They appeared baked in site. The hostess even gave us some to try and it was delicious - sorry I can't remember but it was a round roll with savory cheese inside. Breakfast: We ordered eggs for breakfast but I don't think this is their focus. Eggs were cooked a little heavy / and there weren't any accompaniments customary with breakfast (potatoes or slices of bacon or meat). "American diner breakfast" is my personal preference I won't fault them for that. Beverages: I also didn't have anything to drink because I usually order unsweetened iced tea and they didnt have that. My husband said that the coffee was average. They have a lunch menu as well. Only a few small tables inside and a counter so probably best for takeout. They were packed at 0630 with contracters and landscapers picking up self serve pastries to go. The signage outside and premises inside (worn) do no justice to this gem which serves outstanding Brazilian bakery items. Very friendly staff - prices very reasonable

1st time I came ordered a couple of “coxinhas.” it was oily, and the chicken had no seasoning. 2nd time I ordered 2 X-Picanha, and let me tell you. It was the worse X-picanha I ever had. The bread tasted like old bread, so I took everything from inside and put it in another bread. Then the meat was highly chewy, so I took the meat out, then realized the bacon was way overcooked. I took off the bacon… at this point, I threw everything away. My husband threw everything away, saying that it tasted like they used leftovers and overcooked everything. And these 2 sandwiches costs us $25 ???????? I just didn’t give 1 star because the employee was very nice.

Great food and friendly staff. I was looking for a Dominican place, but ran across this Brazilian place first. I purchased a few empanadas, a burger, two salads, a few slices of cake and a passion fruit juice. My father and kids are picky, and they ate every single thing, EVERYTHING. The cake was moist and flavorful, and so was the salad. The burger was packed with flavor and juicy. The empanada dough was flaky and filling savory. The menu is in English and Portugueses, which was kind of cool, as I was trying to learn a new language, while I waited. Now, the food did take some time, but it was made from scratch, and made to order. Fresh and delicious. They have breakfast as well, I'll be back for breakfast this week. Not salty at all, and a must try.
