It's a passable substitution for the real restaurant, crammed into an airport terminal. I actually ate at the namesake restaurant, the real one on 15th and L, two nights earlier, and I can confirm, the menu is smaller and the offerings are somewhat diminished, but the service is still top-notch. They make a robust Bloody Mary using Dimitris mix, which is the best.

Fries were okay, but three barbacks couldn't keep up... sat for fifteen minutes at the BAR before even being acknowledged.... menu is still lacking it's greatness from pre-covid... but, the Modelo was cold and went down nicely.

We came in at 6a, the Sunday after Thanksgiving, in and out within 20m, and couldn’t have been happier. Service was great, food was fresh and crispy, and they were super sweet. Someone even left their suitcase, and the waitress was so concerned for him, keeping an eye out constantly, until he came back.

Ate here for breakfast. I am allergic to eggs, so the waitress was kind enough to order me some sides I could eat, which was cheaper than the menu items. She was very nice and accommodating.

Cafeteria 15L is great! So I’m glad there’s one around the Southwest terminal. I definitely recommend it over the other options in this terminal. I had the breakfast burrito and Tequila Mockingbird.
